I got a 504 Error, what should I do?

If a 504 Error page appears while you are taking a test, please close the browser and then try again.
 
You can resume your test session by logging back in to your test, using exactly the same information (First Name, Last Name, and Email Address) you used initially.
 
Also, for troubleshooting purposes, please send an email to support@eskill.com with details about how and when the error occurred, including the email you used for taking the test, your browser and operating system version, the test name and the time that the error occurred, and if possible a screenshot.
